Dance Lessons
The following photos document the goings on at a Chicago-area Arthur Murray Dance Studio from 1958-1962. The photos all came from the estate of the woman pictured above who as far as I can tell was a student at the school (the man pictured was the head instructor). Most of the photographs were taken by a professional photographer who must have photographed most events there as well as those held by Arthur Murray in larger ballrooms around town and sold his photos to the students.
