The Charge2009-06-22
I picked this up over the weekend- anyone have any idea where this might be from? It’s a real photo postcard and given the AZO logo I can tell it dates from somewhere between 1904 and 1918. I’m guessing it’s WWI- you can see what looks to be a US flag and it looks like the darker uniforms might be US Navy. The Dream Ship2009-04-15
The typewriter drawing and the letter of apology that accompanied it date from 1934 and were from a batch of letters sent from Bob, who was working in Michigan, to Hazel, who was living on the far south-side of Chicago. I’d also like to apologize to everyone for being so lax in posting here- from here on out I’m going to try to treat you halfway like the wonderful readers you are. That said there should be a major seismic shift over at Square America in the next month or so- lots of new stuff plus a major facelift for a lot of the older shows- so I may miss a day or two here and there but I promise you it’s going to be worth it so stay tuned!
